We engaged Paul for his extensive knowledge of Vans and the Van Market, and in particular electric Vans. We wanted to give our customer facing team a greater knowledge of this sector and to prepare them for the transition to electric vans. We gave Paul a brief to prepare 3 levels of training, introduction, intermediary and specialist.
