I really enjoyed talking with Connor, exploring his thoughts on the direction of travel, all things sustainable and how they ensure that that investment and profit gets balanced with care for their people – A real People Planet Profit approach!

We discover what was his scariest moment on one of their many and varied track and test facilities, of course we find out his favourite Van, his views on 2030 / 2035 and where do Bee’s fit in to his thinking and much, much, more!

One of things that stood out the most for me was his clear vision for his role as CEO – This then shaped his whole approach! We can really learn from that!

All in all an impressive individual with a degree of clarity many could only wish for but also someone that can have some fun along the way!
